Seidman v Hillsborough County Public School District

The first attempt in Florida’s 13th District to reclaim the 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 14th Amendment Rights of Contract Educational Staff in Hillsborough County.  After securing victory, we will take the fight to anywhere teachers are being systematically deprived of their Secured Freedoms and we will win.  Teacher parking is NOT a privilege.
